What are die cuts used for?
Die cuts are used for rounding off corners, cutting curly openings and holes, creating a non-standard individual shape of a product. This not only changes a presentation of a product but also makes it more functional and sustainable. Die-cutting is often used to be attractive for customers as unusual shapes of a product make a customer stop and glance at the product.
Die cuts can be internal (through openings) and external (edges of a product are cut off).
At the same time, punching presses are used. Due to this not only manual, semi-automatic, but also automatic die cuts are possible.
