We offer a professional paper cutting service – cross-cutting of a paper roll into sheets of needed sizes.
In our work we use the Astrocut II – 1650 cutting machine. It can cut paper rolls of a diameter up to 1600 mm and a width from 420 mm to 1600 mm. If a paper has a low basic weight the equipment can cut 2 paper rolls at the same time, if a material has a high basic weight – 1 roll. The maximum weight of a roll for cutting is 3000kg. The cut sheet has a length of 400mm to 1500mm. Besides, the correctness of cutting paper sheets is ± 0.25mm.
